There are electronic signs on 71 that say "Drive Smart. Watch for Motorcycles." What I would like to know is, What to do when I see one? Am I supposed to call the police?
Dispatcher: 911. What's your emergency?
Me: Yes, I would like to report a motorcycle.
Dispatcher: A motorcycle?
Me: Yes!
Dispatcher: Has there been an accident sir?
Me: No ma'am.
Dispatcher: If this isn't an emergency you need to call...
Me: I'm reporting a motorcycle! I'm supposed to call if one is spotted, and I just saw one!
Dispatcher: What are you talking about?
Me: The sign on the highway! It says, "Watch for motorcycles" and I've been watching.
Dispatcher: Sir, that's just a warning for safe driving.
Me: Safe driving?
Dispatcher: Yes, they are hard to see in your mirrors.
Me: I rarely see them in my mirrors. I usually see them with my eyes.
Dispatcher: Sir, if this is not an emergency you need to hang up.
Me: Oh...

Lol! I'm pretty sure what they mean is to drive before or behind the motorcycle with your 4-ways on as if you're escorting the Dalai Lama through Cincinnati.
